About this property

Montemar is a secluded subdivision just under 30 minutes away from Los Barriles on the paved road. You can also get there on the unpaved coast road. There are now 8 beautiful modern homes built or being built in Montemar Phase 1. Phase 3 homesites have just recently been released for sale. These homesites are large and on a beautiful beach with views of the Sea of Cortez and the Siera de la Laguna mountains. Every lot has views!
