About this property

Casa Anicca is where Brutalist architecture meets Baja serenity. Sculpted concrete volumes rise from half an acre in El Pescadero, blending raw materiality with soft desert landscaping. Inspired by Brutalist purity and the quiet imperfection of wabi sabi, the home balances strength and stillness. Three bedrooms are thoughtfully separated by breezeways and gardens, creating privacy and flow. Polished concrete floors, natural wood accents, and open air transitions frame ocean sunsets and palm grove views. A bold architectural statement designed for those who value form, texture, and intentional living.
